We do not offer returns on special orders

T-shirts and mugs that are printed on demand are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Pickatshirt offers services where you can order goods with your own design and print, or customize and change an existing design. We accept orders via the customer form on the contact page. An already processed order cannot be canceled.

We refund the purchase price if the product is defective.

Our t-shirts are of high quality and designed to withstand washing and tumble drying at low temperatures. Mugs are dishwasher safe. If your product were to break within two months, we will replace it with a new one. We will refund the entire purchase price if the product is defective. In these cases, the full purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded.

The customer can add items to the cart without being required to complete a purchase. Prices include VAT. We offer free shipping when the order value exceeds 500 SEK.

A complaint should be made as soon as possible upon discovery. A reasonable time is set at 2 months. The fixed shipping cost we offer for a geographical area (e.g., Europe) is the lowest common shipping cost we can offer for all countries within that area. If you order multiple products from us, the shipping cost will be lower for the second product. Free shipping is only available when the order value is more than 500 SEK.

If the damage is not detected until you open the package, and it is damage that can be related to the carrier's handling, you should contact them and report the damage.
