We accept returns of our standard products, such as art prints, clothing outfits, home decor, and accessories, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The product must not be damaged. The return must be reported to Picatshirt within fourteen days and sent back to the designated store address. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be approved and the customer is responsible for all costs.

• The cost of postage is your responsibility.
• Provide customer information, which items you wish to return, and your order number in the message.
• The items should not be returned to the address on the package as they are delivered directly from manufacturers who do not handle retail returns.
• The customer can print the return slip from the store's customer page.
• We recommend using trackable postage services for returns.
• Picatshirt is not responsible for packages that disappear during transport.
• The refund period is 10 days after we have registered your return and is processed using the same payment method you used for the order.

We do not offer returns on special orders

T-shirts and mugs that are printed on demand are not covered by the right of withdrawal. According to the Distance Selling Act (SFS No: 2005:59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made. The products you order are unique and created specifically for each customer order. Be sure to place orders with the correct size and measurements in the cart. Follow the guidelines in the size charts published for each product description. Orders that do not require adjustments are processed automatically.

Adjustments in product design

Pickatshirt offers services where you can order goods with your own design and print, or customize and change an existing design. We accept orders via the customer form on the contact page. Special orders that are not processed automatically give you the opportunity to change your order within one hour of placing it. Please notify us at info@t-shirtlovers.shop if you wish to do this. An already processed order cannot be canceled.

We refund the purchase price if the product is defective.

Our t-shirts are of high quality and designed to withstand washing and tumble drying at low temperatures. Mugs are dishwasher safe. If your product were to break within two months, we will replace it with a new one. We will refund the entire purchase price if the product is defective. In these cases, the full purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded.

Take advantage of PayPal's buyer protection.

When a customer chooses to pay with PayPal for products, the purchase is generally automatically covered by PayPal's buyer protection. If the item is not delivered within a reasonable time or does not arrive, you can feel more secure as your purchase is protected by the buyer protection according to PayPal's rules. When the item differs significantly from the description

The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 days, alternatively, we will replace a defective product with a new one within 14 working days. Terms of service

The customer can add items to the cart without being required to complete a purchase. Prices include VAT. We offer free shipping when the order value exceeds 500 SEK.

In the shopping cart, the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping, and the total payment amount is displayed after the customer has entered their details. The payment terms are specified in the shopping cart and vary depending on the chosen payment method.

The customer can view the contents of the cart by clicking on the cart icon. Offers sent to the customer who has not emptied their cart constitute non-binding prompts to the customer to complete the purchase.

Once an order has been placed, it receives its own unique order number, which you see in the order confirmation. The items are shipped after processing of orders, product customizations, completed quality controls, and packaging. Thereafter, the items are shipped with the shipping company to your address or postal agent.

Guarantee

As a customer, you have the right to three years of complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act. Picatshirt offers product warranty to the customer. A complaint should be made as soon as possible upon discovery. A reasonable time is set at 2 months. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, not defects that have arisen due to modification of the product. If there is a defect under the warranty obligation, the customer has the right, within the framework of legal provisions, to demand that the defect be remedied or to receive a faultless item, rescind the contract or reduce the purchase price.

Other provisions:

• Shipping terms are specified in the shopping cart.
  Products that are customer customized cannot be returned.
  If you are under 18 years old, consent from a guardian is required to make a purchase.
• The customer receives an electronic receipt for their purchase.

Delivery policy

Pickatshirt has supplier agreements with Gelato ASA for the production and distribution of products. The fixed shipping cost we offer for a geographical area (e.g., Europe) is the lowest common shipping cost we can offer for all countries within that area. Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order. This is fixed and is calculated at checkout after the delivery address has been specified. If you order multiple products from us, the shipping cost will be lower for the second product. Free shipping is only available when the order value is more than 500 SEK.

The item is manufactured and distributed from the nearest location. We strive to provide you with good delivery conditions.

Please note that shipping profiles may change over time to reflect changed shipping costs.

The delivery time is determined by several factors, including but not limited to:

Fast deliveries

We strive to guarantee fast deliveries to our customers. Our total delivery time may be one to two days longer compared to companies that sell ready-made products from stock. Typically, items are shipped within three to six working days after we have received your order. You can track your order yourself and see when it has been processed and is ready for delivery.

Dropshipping

Picatshirt collaborates with suppliers that offer a variety of products, directly from manufacturers in different countries. Delivery times should be quick and efficient, and in most cases, orders are delivered within a week.

When problems occur with deliveries

If you notice damage to the package, you should report this to the pickup point or carrier upon receipt and make a damage claim. If the damage is not detected until you open the package, and it is damage that can be related to the carrier's handling, you should contact them and report the damage. If you cannot resolve a dispute with the carrier, please contact us.
